The Soft 300 knee support can be used as a preventative measure by applying the compression that you need to support your joint and stimulate proprioception when playing sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo).
What is proprioception?
Proprioception is the ability to know where the different parts of your body are in space. This also helps to decrease the risk of injury. With better proprioception, you have better control over your movements and can better prevent injuries.
Which size of knee support do you need?
Measure around your leg, 8 cm above your kneecap. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:Size 1: 36 - 39 cmSize 2: 39 - 43 cmSize 3: 43 - 47 cmSize 4: 47 - 51 cm
